The Job

The Business Development Coordinator role is a key member of the Grab Business Development team. This position will work closely with our Business Development team to effectively manage new and existing partner relationships. This critical role reports to the SVP, Business Development and directly correlates to ensuring responsible growth and positive partner relationships.

This candidcate will collaborate internally to ensure successful transition of opportunities into various teams, as well as work with our external partners to manage sales pipeline of many opportunities.

This is an intense business side scaleup role, and this person will work with senior leadership. This role is available as remote to any U.S.-based candidate.


  • Managing sales pipeline and supporting Business Development team
  • Providing effective administrative support
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with partners via email, phone, and in-person
  • Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients
  • Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
  • Overseeing legal agreements execution
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists
  • Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment

  • Love for travel and mobile e-commerce preferred


  • 2+ years' experience in business development
  • General knowledge in e-commerce and software
  • Must be able to professionally interact with partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
