The Job

The Partner Success Lead role is a unique opportunity to drive the on-boarding process of new partners and their stores. This critical role reports to the Chief Experience Officer and directly correlates to growing our network.

This is an intense business side startup role, and this person will work with senior leadership in operations, technology and training. This role will have direct responsibility for the growth of the Grab business in many markets.

This remote role will help oversee the launch and ongoing operation of mobile ordering and self-order kiosks at airports across the world.

The ideal candidate lives in the Houston market with easy access to Grab's headquarters in EaDo.
